Éowyn and Merry
The niece of King Théoden and sister too Éomer, Éowyn was a noblewoman of Rohan who called herself a shield-maiden. With the hobbit Merry Brandybuck, she rode into battle and killed the Witch-King of Angmar, Lord of the Nazgûl, in the Battle of the Pelennor Fields and later married Faramir.
